Remove deprecated distributed trace API methods

Previously, the following API methods were deprecated.
- `create_distributed_trace_payload`
- `accept_distributed_trace_payload`

As part of our upcoming major release, these API methods will be removed. 
Please see our API methods `create_distributed_trace_headers` and `accept_distributed_trace_headers` to replace these deprecated methods.
