Jaskaran is involved in all aspects of the firm’s practice with primary focus on litigation and enforcement matters. A graduate from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, New Delhi, and a master’s degree (LLM) holder from National Law University, Jodhpur specialising in intellectual property laws, Jaskaran regularly works on complex lawsuits that the firm handles covering diverse areas of trademark and copyright law, technology law and others. He also attends, and assists, with hearings at the Delhi High Court and district courts across the country. In addition, Jaskaran has ample experience in pre-litigation advisory work as well as trade mark prosecution and opposition matters.
