RESOURCES FOR LIBRARIAN(S) AS ADMINISTRATOR(S)
As Administrator(s) of the INSTITUTIONAL ACCOUNT on the platform, you have access using your Administrator account and email address to the following tools linked to your Subscriptions and/or One-Off Purchases:- Access Entitlements: list of titles subscribed and/or acquired by the institution at time T, searchable and sortable by name, publication date and title expiry date. You can download this information as a tab-separated text file via the link for integration into your Library Management System. All publication titles, dates, ISBNs, and URLs will be included in this file. This feature replaces the former page "My Collections" or "View current subscriptions" or "http://www.numeriquepremium.com/selfservice/subscribedtitles".
- Statistic Usage Reports: access to SUSHI settings (request URL, requester ID and customer reference ID), e-mail notification of the report sent for the month ended, report delivery settings according to period, report type, format, and recipient(s).
- IP Ranges: add/update IP address ranges for the institution and any LOCKSS server. Please refer to the help page for the librarians to get more information about the ezProxy stanza set up.
- Link Resolver: add URL and image of link resolver(s)
- Trusty Proxy Server Setup: complete proxy server management (IP addresses, domain, banner text, URL, language, SPF code)
- Manage Administrators: add, delete administrator(s), choose email address for recommending a book to the librarian.
- Co-Branding: addition and updating of customized items of the Institution (banner text, logo, link) on the platform's top banner.
- Holdings File: access to KBART reports and MARC record files (UniMARC and MARC21) linked to subscribed/purchased content, and selection of recipients.
As an end-user of the institution's resources, the user has access via HIS/HER ACCOUNT (after registration via the CONNECT system) to the following tools:
- Personal Details: all data entered by the user in his or her CONNECT profile (http://np.scienceconnect.io/dashboard) and access to the data dashboard, which can be updated by the user.
- Access Entitlements: list of titles available at a given time (particularly for individual test periods), searchable and sortable by name, publication date and expiry date.
- Redeem Voucher: activate temporary access to online content via the token number received.
- Alerts: activate thematic and/or collection alerts with the desired email frequency.
- Favorites: list of saved content, with the option of direct access and/or deletion of all or part of the list.
- Saved Searches: list of saved searches and/or collections, with a filter according to these two types of saving, the date, and the desired frequency of email alerts. Possibility of deleting or restarting the search.
