Funding information
The funding field is a recommended field. Use funding to provide information about the awards or grants which funded the research output published in the record.
A funding can be either a:
- Standard award/grant
- Custom award/grant
Choose standard awards/grants for awards/grants funded by one of the following organizations:
- National Institutes of Health (US)
- U.S. National Science Foundation (US)
- Swiss National Science Foundation (CH)
- UK Research and Innovation (GB)
- Foundation for Science and Technology (PT)
- European Commission (BE)
- Dutch Research Council (NL)
- National Agency for Research (FR)
- National Health and Medical Research Council (AU)
- Australian Research Council (AU)
Choose custom awards/grants for awards/grants funded by other organizations. Please note that the funder must be registered in the Research Organization Registry (ROR).
Add an award/grant

Click the Add button (see top image).

Search by award/grant name or number. Optionally narrow your search results by filtering by a specific funder.
Add a custom award/grant

Click the Add custom button (see top image).

Provide a funder by searching by name. Optionally provide the number, title, and URL of the award/grant.
Remove an award/grant

Click the Remove button next to a funding to remove a funding from the list.
Reorder an award/grant

Click and hold the -icon. You can now drag and drop the funding into the desired order in the list.
