Jira Cloud を Microsoft Teams と統合する

Jira Cloud for Microsoft Teams gives your team a shared view of Jira projects so you can collaborate on and action work items without leaving Teams. Streamline your workflow with custom notifications, link previews, and the functionality to create, search, and update Jira work items—all within Teams.

Jira Cloud の機能

Jira Cloud アプリを Teams チャットにインストールして、次の機能にアクセスします。

Jira Cloud アプリをインストールする

1. Teams の左側の垂直ツールバーから [ アプリ ] を選択します。

2. アプリの検索バーに「Jira Cloud」と入力します。

3. Jira Cloud アプリを見つけて [追加] を選択します。

4. アプリ モーダルのドロップダウン メニューから [ 自分用に追加 (Add for me)] を選択します。

5. サインイン プロンプトに従ってインストールを完了します。

個人通知を設定する

1. Teams の左側の垂直ツールバーから [Jira Cloud] を選択します。

2. Jira Cloud チャットに Notifications と入力します。

3. Jira Cloud は、既定の個人通知を自動的にセットアップします。

4. [ 通知の変更 ] を選択して、通知設定を調整します。

5. [ 通知を保存] を選択します。

Teams で個人通知をセットアップしたら、ブラウザから Jira のメール通知を無効化または調整できます。

Navigate to your avatar on the top left menu in Jira and select Notifications and then Project and work item notifications to adjust your email notification preferences. 

チーム チャットまたはチャンネル チャットに Jira Cloud タブを追加する

1. チャット メニューの右上にある [+ ] アイコンを選択します。

2. Jira Cloud を検索して選択します。

3. ドロップダウン メニューから自身の Jira Cloud サイトを選択します。

4. ドロップダウン メニューから保存済みのフィルターを選択します。

5. [保存] を選択します。

You'll see a Jira Cloud tab appear in the chat menu. In this tab view, you can access Jira work items you've recently viewed, worked on, or been assigned to.

Jira Cloud をミーティングに追加する

1. 左側のツールバーで [ カレンダー ] を選択し、[ + 新しいミーティング] を選択します。

2. ミーティングの詳細を入力し、[ 送信] を選択します。

3. ミーティングを開き、メニューから [+ ] アイコンを選択します。

4. Jira Cloud を検索して選択します。

5. Jira Cloud サイト > [保存] の順に選択します。

チーム、チャンネル、またはミーティング チャットで通知を設定する

1. Jira Cloud をチーム、チャンネル、またはミーティング チャットに追加します。

Navigate to your avatar on the top left menu in Jira and select Notifications and then Project and work item notifications. Scroll down and select Add project notifications to select your project and adjust your notification preferences.

Create and search for work items in Teams

1. チーム、チャンネル、またはミーティング チャットに移動します。

2. チャット メニューの右上にある [Jira Cloud] タブを選択します。

3. Select Create and follow the prompts to create a work item.

4. Enter a search phrase or work item key into the search bar to find a work item.

Create work items using AI

Use AI to create Jira work items straight from messages in Teams chats. AI analyzes your chat context to swiftly generate detailed, structured work items, saving you time.

Descriptions follow a predefined format based on the work type for consistency, and the content is automatically localized to match your Microsoft Teams language settings. Using AI is the default creation method, but you can turn it off anytime while creating work items.

Teams チャットのメッセージから作業項目を作成するには、次の手順に従います。

1. チーム、チャンネル、またはミーティング チャットに移動します。

2. Find the message you want to create a work item from and select More options (···).

3. [Jira で作業項目を作成する] を選択します。

4. Jira サイトとプロジェクトを選択します。

   1. The app remembers your previous selection and applies it each time until you decide to change it.

Preview and action work items in Teams

1. Share a link to a work item in a team, channel or meeting chat.

2. Atlassian アカウントにサインインして、完全なリンクのプレビューを表示します。

3. The link will display the status, type, assignee and priority of the work item.

4. Select Comment, Edit or Open in Jira to action the work item in Teams.

シームレスなエクスペリエンスを実現するために、ユーザーがプレビュー リンクを共有すると Jira Cloud がチャットやチャンネルにインストールされます。

Jira リンクの共有時に自動インストール機能をオフにするには、リンクのプレビューが表示されているときに x を選択します。チャットで自動インストールをトリガーせずに Jira リンクを共有できるようになりました。

Teams における Jira Cloud のクイックコマンド

これらのコマンドを Jira Cloud とともに使用すると、Teams でのワークフローを効率化できます。

Team /チャンネル/ミーティング チャット - 「@Jira Cloud」と入力して候補から「Jira Cloud」を選択し、次に Command を入力します。

Jira Cloud アプリをアンインストールする

1. Teams の左側の垂直ツールバーで Jira Cloud を見つけます。

2. Jira Cloud アイコンを右クリックします。

3. [ アンインストール] を選択します。

4. [削除] を選択して Jira Cloud をアンインストールします。

お客様のデータと個人情報は、セキュリティ強化のために暗号化されています。Jira Cloud は、@Jira Cloud プロンプトとそれに続く Command でのみアクティブ化されます。
