Is there a way to reduce the time of pipeline?

I have already tried breaking steps in parallel. 

Increased from 2x to 4x.

I am looking for some feature that i could implement in yaml? 

If you could give some suggestion on test class level then it would be also useful.

It's difficult to recommend specific actions without knowing what your build is doing. Sometimes, increasing service memory or using cache/artifacts can help reduce build times.
