Disable Usages

Disable the inlay hint for Usages if it's distracting you.

To disable the inlay hint "usages" in your editor, open Settings ⌘, (macOS) / Ctrl+Alt+S (Windows/Linux), go to Inlay Hints and uncheck usages.
