It seems that each instance save background image on
memory and never update.

Other terms update well; gnome-terminal, Eterm, mrxvt
(was aterm), rxvt-unicode are testified.

This works for me. What tool do you use to set your
background image? I use feh.

gnome-settings-daemon without nautilus, I used.
