Set a default classification level for work items
Ensure work items in a chosen project are always classified by setting a default classification level for that project. Find out more about default classification levels.
You can set a default classification level for a project once your organization admin has set up classification levels for your organization.
You must be a project admin to set a default classification level.
Set a default classification level for a project
From your service project, select Project settings, then Data classification.
Choose the classification level you want to use as the default for work items in this project.
Select Save.
