Queues allow requests to be easily managed by your team. Service project agents are people who work on requests for your customers. Add them so they can start helping customers.
How are queues used in Jira Service Management?
Queues are used to better manage service requests.
Make queues for your team
Your teams will spend the majority of their time working out of queues. Use the default service project queues or set up your own.
Raise a request to put into your queues
If you don't have any requests in your queues, make one.
