Edit queues

You can drag and drop your queues in the sidebar to order them, or edit a queue to change its name, requests filtered and columns that appear.

You need to be a project admin to edit a queue.

Edit a queue

  1. Next to Queues in your project, select More actions (), then Queue settings.

  2. Select the queue you want to edit.

  3. On top-right of your page, select More actions (), then Edit queue.

  4. You can assign the queue to one or more priority groups so it will appear within the groups in your queue.

  5. Edit Name, Work items to show, Columns. Note that you will see a live preview of the updated work items that appear in this queue as you edit it.

  6. Select Save to confirm your changes.

Edit a queue in queue settings

  1. Next to Queues in your project, select More actions (), then Queue settings.

  2. On the Queues tab, find the queue you want to edit and select Edit queue.

  3. Edit Name, Work items to show, Columns. Note that you will see a live preview of the updated work items that appear in this queue as you edit it.

  4. Select Save to confirm your changes.

Manage the order of queues

  1. Next to Queues in your project, select More actions (), then Queue settings.

  2. On the Queues tab, select Reorder queues.

  3. Drag and drop the queues to arrange them according to how you want them to appear on your project sidebar.

  4. Select Done.
