Create a problem work item

A work item created using the problem work type can be used to record information about a problem so that it can be investigated and prevented from happening again. Read about the difference between request types and work types.

Create a problem work item

To create a problem work item:

  1. From your service project, select Create.

  2. Select Problem as the work type.

  3. Enter any other relevant information.
