Add comments to multiple work items at the same time
Rather than add a comment to work items one-by-one, you can comment on many work items at the same time using bulk actions.
To comment on multiple work items:
From your service project, go to a queue that contains the work items you’d like to comment on.
Select the work items you’d like to comment on. You can make multiple selections.
Select Comment in the action toolbar.
Enter your text comment.
Select Comment to add the comment to the requests.
You can only add plain text to the comments, attachments cannot be added to multiple work items this way.
