Add an agent to your service project

Project administrators can add agents who already have a license (e.g. they’ve been added to another service project) to their service project. Only organization admins can add anyone (new and existing agents) to a service project. 

To add agents:

  1. From your service project, go to Invite team.

  2. Enter the agent’s email address and select Invite.

Your agent will be added to the Service Project Team role and will receive an email with a link to the service project.
