Assign values to fields on work items in a journey type

Journey types are made of work items that each get created automatically in their respective projects. However in order for these work items to be created with content in them, values need to be assigned to fields - especially those that are required.

The values available for you to pull from at this time can be collected from the journey parent work item. For example, if during an onboarding journey you have a ‘Setup software’ work item, you’ll be able to access any values created from the journey parent work item.

値はプレーン テキストで表示され、その内容がわかりやすくなっています。値はフィールドに配置された時点で構文に変換されるため、文字列を操作したり、独自のコンテンツを手動で追加したりできます。

作業項目のフィールドに値を設定する

1. 作業項目を追加するか、編集する作業項目を選択します。

2. [Available values (使用可能な値)] サイド パネルを使用して、この作業項目のフィールドに値を設定します。

   1. 作業項目の作成時にコンテンツを含めるには、これらのフィールドに値を設定する必要があります。

3. 選択したフィールドに値をドラッグするか、値を選択してコピーして貼り付けます。

   1. 作業項目を作成するには、すべての必須フィールドに値を割り当てる必要がありますが、他のフィールドにも入力する場合は、[Add more fields (フィールドを追加)] を選択します。

4. 完了したら、[確認] を選択します。

現時点では、特定のフィールド タイプから収集された値のみがサポートされています。該当するものは次のとおりです。

• 短いテキスト

• 数値 

• 選択リスト (単一)

• ラジオ ボタン

• チェックボックス

• 日付ピッカー

• ユーザー ピッカー (単一/複数)

• グループ ピッカー (単一/複数)
