ユーザーの権限を確認する

この機能は Confluence Cloud Premium で提供されます。

If you’re not sure why a user doesn’t have (or has) permission to view, edit, or comment on a piece of content, you can inspect their permissions from that content. You’ll get a report showing at which level of the content, space, and product hierarchy they’re being denied (or allowed) permissions. For example, the item may allow the user permissions to view and edit it, but the space denies them edit permissions. The report helps you pinpoint where you need to adjust the user’s permissions.

ユーザーの権限の調査方法

You can inspect permissions on any content you're viewing. 

1. Browse to the content you want to inspect permissions on. 

2. ページの一番上にある制限 (ロック) アイコンをクリックします。[制限] ダイアログが表示されます。 

3. [権限を点検] リンクをクリックします。

4. 権限を確認したいユーザーの名前を入力します。

5. 調査したい権限を [閲覧可能]、[閲覧・編集可能]、または [閲覧・コメント可能] の中から選択します。

   A report appears and shows whether the user has the permission at each level of the content, space, and product hierarchy.

レポートの読み方

When you inspect the permissions on a piece of content, you'll get a report that looks like this:

The report displays one of the following results for each level of the content, space, and product hierarchy:

• 許可: ユーザーはこのレベルで権限を許可されています

• 拒否: ユーザーはこのレベルで権限を拒否されています

• Inherited: (Appears for pages and live docs only) The content inherits a restriction from a parent or the space. Check its parent items and space to see if they deny the user the permission.

• Irrelevant: (Appears for pages and live docs only) The content has a restriction denying the permission, but it’s not relevant to the content you’re inspecting. You can ignore these rows.

課題をさらに調査するには、次の手順を実行します。

1. 行をクリックして展開して詳細情報を表示するか、次の操作のいずれかを実行します。

   • [ページを表示]、[スペース権限を表示]、または [グローバル権限の表示] リンクをクリックします (調査するレベルに応じて異なります)。ここから問題のトラブルシューティングを実行できます。

   • Click the Contact content owner, Contact space admins, or Contact Confluence admins link (again, depending on the level you’re at) and send them an email asking for help.

2. レポートの確認が終了したら、[OK] をクリックします。
